I teach more of a traditional, holistic style of yoga, incorporating breath work, asanas (postures), and meditation into my classes. My teachings come from various teachers in India, Thailand, and the United States.
My goal is to help people connect with their bodies and breath so they can go deeper into the asanas to access a higher state of being. It allows for letting go and an opening for inner expansion.
I like to incorporate other tools into my classes to bring forth a different dimension to yoga. One tool is using shamanic journeying at the end of a class, where one can be lead to access their inner wisdom and find guidance. Another tool, is using essential oils which helps to increase oxygen in the body, enhance the mind, body, spirit connection, increase relaxation, and provide a more blissful experience.
